Spellcaster has been primarily designed as a serious teaching tool, but it also includes some serious fun for the learner.
Spellcaster uses phonetics to teach spelling. It develops spelling skills through the understanding of letter sounds.
Spellcaster is designed for all New Zealand children 7 years and up, and the program content is relevant for any New Zealander who needs help with their spelling, whether it be a child with learning difficulties, an adult, or anyone who has English as their second language.
